Below are some frequently asked questions about getting married at the Inn at Grace Farm to help as you plan your special day.

The reception barn is best suited for 110 guests seated indoor. We can accommodate up to 160 with the addition of outdoor tents (not included).

Because our property often occupied with an event or accommodations, we schedule tours on a flexible basis between booked dates. Contact our team to schedule a tour.
Along with your signed contract, a 50% payment is required to secure your date. The remaining payment is due 90 days prior to your event.
Yes. After years of open catering, we have now landed on 2 exclusive caterers; The Roving Feast and The Waterfront Group. Both companies provide both food catering and bar services. These partners have invested in our space, provide 3rd party insurance, town permits, and ultimately know the property to be a valuable point of contact and resource throughout your day.

No. Our couples self-orchestrate their own weddings, but we highly recommend working with wedding coordinator Coordinating with Grace, owned by Jodi Mashia.
Jodi is the Property Manager at Grace Farm and has serviced several beautiful events at our venue. She offers a special rate for Grace Farm couples as well!

When the accommodations are booked in conjunction with the venue, a 4 hour block of time is allowed for setup and decor beginning at 4:00pm check-in.
Music must end by 11:00pm in the barn.
Dogs are welcomed (with pre-approval by the Inn) at the ceremony and pictures!
Animals, other than service animals, are NOT allowed in the barn or Inn/Stone House. Dogs must be on a leash and someone must be responsible for them at all times.
Yes; we have an exclusive partnership with Vermont Tent for rentals. Capacity up to 160.
We love a sparkler send off! However, other rocket or noise making fireworks are not allowed on site.
Yes. Please keep in mind, damage from the candles to the tables and floor is common, and the damage (and labor to clean/repair) is deducted from any security deposit.
Yes! We are a year-round venue.
We have parking for 60 cars when our attendants direct parking to maximize space!
We want you to feel comfortable staying here! We provide bedding, bath and kitchen towels, toilet paper, garbage liners, soaps, kitchenware, and complimentary WiFi.
