The Inn at Grace Farm began as a farming homestead, the rock foundation is still in the ground near our sign. The farm was purchased by new owners who designed and built the timber framed house in 2008. The wedding barn was completed in 2014.
Sitting on 2 ½ acres, The Inn at Grace Farm has been owned by Chad and Aimee Fellows since November of 2016. Each season we add features, make improvements, and continue to focus on weddings and group rentals.
In 2017, under this new ownership, the sign was changed, a second kitchen was added to The Inn, wedding archways were installed, a waterfall feature is in place, the Tiny House added, and extensive grounds improvements were made. Two fire pits were installed, a hillside flat boulder was uncovered for a breathtaking sitting area, and a woodshed was built. Roadside fencing was added, an oversized fireplace was installed in the Wedding Barn along with other interior updates to the bar and bathrooms. The owners purchased tables and chairs to be included in wedding events and vintage tableware was purchased as a rental option for wedding dinners.
The improvements continue. We have made the Stone House available seasonally to rent as wedding groups were seeking more accommodations. Two additional rooms were designed and improved with brides in mind to utilize as wedding preparation suites. Kitchen tile replaced, many painting improvements have been done, and more air conditioning units were added. In addition to the outdoor central wood boiler backup propane system is in place so guests will have comfortable heat in the winter. Beds, bedding, family games, and additional televisions have also been improved.
We listen to guests and brides, continually making The Inn at Grace Farm an incredible venue for your wedding, family, group, or friends. We invite you to discover why your stay at The Inn at Grace Farm is “Unforgettably Vermont”!
